TREKKING RUREC RAJUCOLTA

This trek is one of the most pleasurable and wild hikes. It provides a view of many impressive mountains such as: Shacsha, Cashan, Rurec and Huantsán, and others featuring a range of shades and colors. On this trip you can come into contact with the plants and animals native to the Peruvian Andes.

ITINERARY

• Day 1: Huaraz (3,100 mts) - Olleros (3,450 mts) - Rurec canyon camp (4,250 mts).
• Day 2: Rurec canyon camp (4,250 mts) - Tararua lake (4,480 mts) - Yararura camp (5.000 mts).
• Day 3: Yararura camp (5.000 mts) - Yararua step (5.200 mts) - Rajucolta lake camp (4,250 mts).
• Day 4: Rajucolta lake camp (4,250 mts) - Rajucolta canyon cover (4,000 mts) and back to Huaraz.
