TREKKING PARON LAGOON

Lake Paron it’s located at 4,140 meters high. It is the largest of all lakes in Huascaran National Park. It has a turquoise coloration, and from here one can view mountains. Such as: Huandoy, Pisco, chacraraju, the pyramidof Garcilaso, Artesonraju, and the esfinge paron. While hiking around paron. It’s possible to come into contact with the plants and animals of Huascaran NationalPark.

ITINERARY

• Day 1: Huaraz (3,100 mts) - Caraz (2,290) - Parón lake (4,140 mts) and back to Huaraz.
