Pisco is a perfect peak for those with little experience as well as for experts.
This peak can be climbed or skied, and includes unique 360 degree panoramic views of the mountains range some of the 6,000 meters peaks located close by are : Chacraraju (6,112 mt.), Chopiclaqui (6,354 mt.), Huascarán (6,768 mt.), the Huandoy`s (6,393 mt.) , and Artesonraju (6,025 mt.),between the Eastern and western peaks of Pisco, there are 13 different routes. The first ascent was by the standard route to the western summit, taking the southwestern ridge in 1951.

- Day 1: Huaraz (3,100 mts) - Cebollapampa (3,900 mts) - Base Camp Pisco (4,665 mts).
- Day 2: Base Camp Pisco (4,665 mts) - Morrena Camp (4,900 mts).
- Day 3: Morrena Camp (4,900 mts) - Pisco Summit (5,752 mts) - Base Camp Pisco (4,665 mts).
- Day 4: Base Camp Pisco (4,665 mts) - Cebollapampa (3,900 mts) and come back to Huaraz.
